Work with me

Bring me the problem.
We will find the real one.

I work with founders, owners and teams on business strategy, AI and automation, product decisions and execution systems. I do not sell a predetermined solution. The goal is to leave with clearer decisions and practical next action.

Three ways to work together

Who it is for. What happens. What comes out.

If you are not sure which one fits, start with the Strategy Session. It is the default entry point.

What advisory is not

This is not unlimited messaging, outsourced management or motivational coaching. It is ongoing decision support for a small number of founders where context compounds over time. Not therapy, not generic mentoring, and not outsourced execution unless we scope it.

Who this is for
  • A founder who has too many priorities and needs an experienced outside brain to identify what actually matters.
  • A business that wants to use AI or automation but does not want to waste months on demos, hype and disconnected pilots.
  • A company with a sales, CRM, WhatsApp, ERP, operations or execution problem that crosses multiple teams.
  • A product team trying to decide what to build, integrate, automate, cut or commercialize.
  • A leadership team that wants a working execution system rather than another dashboard nobody uses.
Who this is not for
  • People looking only for free brainstorming with no intent to act.
  • Teams that want a consultant to validate a decision they have already made.
  • Projects where nobody owns implementation after the recommendation.
How I think

Three questions I ask before anything else.

Q1

What is the expensive problem?

Not the loudest issue — the one that costs money, time, opportunity, trust or momentum if it remains unsolved.

Q2

Who owns the decision?

Good problems stay stuck when nobody can decide. Identify the actual owner and the constraints around the choice.

Q3

What gets produced this week?

A plan is not progress until something changes: a decision, workflow, offer, experiment, build, sale or operating behaviour.

Good consulting reduces ambiguity. Great consulting also creates movement. If your problem cannot be explained neatly, that is fine. Messy is usually where the useful work starts.

Selected problems I have worked through

How I think, and what changed.

Written as context, the real problem, what I changed, the outcome, and what I learned. Anonymized where needed. No manufactured success stories.

Case 01

SaaS growth & positioning

Own company · Go4WhatsUp
Problem

A WhatsApp automation and CRM platform with paying customers in India and the GCC. New revenue every month — and customers leaving almost as fast as they arrived.

What I saw

It looked like a growth problem. It was a retention problem: accounts never properly activated, and a product competing on a feature list while ignoring the one integration competitors did not have.

What changed

Scored every account on usage, engagement, support and billing to build a customer health score with automatic triggers. Analysed why each lost account actually left. Repositioned around WhatsApp + AI for Odoo and stopped starting new products.

Outcome

Retention is now worked from a weekly health score and trigger list instead of gut feel. One positioning instead of a feature race. The reseller channel held back until retention proved the product was ready.

Lesson Growth numbers are loud and fragility is silent. Look at who left and why before believing the top line.

Case 02

AI & automation architecture

Client work · anonymized
Problem

A trading business whose sales and service ran on WhatsApp, with an ERP that held a week-old, half-complete version of reality. They asked for an AI bot to reply faster.

What I saw

Every reply contained a decision — a price, a discount, a confirmation — with approval rules that lived in people's heads. A reply bot would have sent prices nobody approved and been switched off in a week.

What changed

Mapped the ten most common conversations and the copy step in each. Drew approval thresholds by amount and customer. Designed the agent to prepare the decision and put it in front of the right person for one-tap approval — then send.

Outcome

Quotes generated from the system of record and sent into the chat. Approvals reach the owner on their phone. No more hand-copying between WhatsApp and the ERP for that flow.

Lesson Start with the approval, not the feature. The AI prepares; the owner decides. Read the full idea

Case 03

Execution reset

Own company · Inwizards
Problem

Several products, several teams, fixed costs that had grown with revenue, and a new product idea competing for attention with the core business.

What I saw

It looked like a capacity problem. It was an ownership problem: decisions left meetings without an owner or a date, and priorities were set by whoever spoke last.

What changed

Shelved the new product. Named one commercial focus. Gave every open decision an owner, a date and a definition of done. Wrote the cost cut list while things were still fine. Set a weekly rhythm around what actually got produced.

Outcome

One priority instead of four. A team that knows what "done this week" means. A cut list that turned a future panic into a decision already made.

Lesson Execution is a system, not a personality trait. Accountability fails when a decision has no owner.

Client quotes will appear here as permission becomes available — short and specific, not "great consultant" praise.

How it works

The booking flow.

One flow, the same everywhere on the site: choose the session, fill in the essentials, select a time, pay USD 250, get confirmed. Larger work is application-based. No free discovery call competing with the paid session.

  1. Choose the session

Strategy Session for one problem. Deep-Dive Blueprint and Founder Advisory use the longer application below.

  2. Fill in the essentials

Name, email, phone, the problem, the outcome you want. Two minutes.

  3. Select a time

    Live availability in your timezone.

  4. Pay USD 250

The slot is confirmed only when payment succeeds. No payment, no booking.

  5. Confirmation, calendar invite and email

Plus a short preparation form so we do not spend the hour on background.

  6. Session

Focused conversation on the real decision. No long personal pitch.

  7. Written follow-up

Decisions, priorities and next steps within 24 hours.

  8. Optional next engagement

If more work is useful, the next option is made clear. Never a forced retainer.

The essentials, then select a time and pay. The deeper questions come after you have booked, so checkout does not turn into an application.

USD 250 — 60 minutes, one problem, written follow-up within 24 hours. A slot is booked only when payment succeeds.
Timezone — I am in Dubai (GMT+4). Times shown in yours when you pick a slot.
Reschedule — once, free, with 24 hours' notice. If I cancel, full refund or a new time.
Privacy — what you write here is used only to prepare for your session. Details.
Apply — Deep-Dive Blueprint or Founder Advisory

For larger problems.

This form is longer because you are applying for larger work. The questions are about fit, urgency, economics and decision authority — nothing else.

I reply personally with whether it is a fit and what the next step looks like, usually within two working days.

Questions
What happens in a Strategy Session?

We work on one problem for 60 minutes. I ask hard questions, we look at what is actually happening, and we leave with decisions and next actions. You get a written summary within 24 hours.

Why do I pay before booking?

It filters intent and protects the time. If you are not ready to pay USD 250 to solve the problem, you are probably not ready to implement the answer either.

Is this coaching or mentoring?

No. It is decision support from someone who still operates businesses. Not therapy, not generic mentoring, not motivational coaching.

Do you do implementation?

Sometimes, through my companies — WhatsApp automation, CRM and ERP workflows, AI agents, custom software. The session is independent of that. If implementation makes sense, we scope it separately and in writing. Never assumed.

Can I message you instead of filling the form?

Yes. WhatsApp or email works. I will still ask the same two questions the form asks.
