Go4WhatsUp
Live · SaaS
WhatsApp Business API, CRM, automation and AI workflows for businesses in India and the GCC — with a native WhatsApp + AI connector for Odoo.
- Problem we saw
- Businesses were running sales and support on WhatsApp with personal phones, no CRM, no automation and no way to scale a conversation into a process.
- What we built
- A platform on the official WhatsApp Business API: multi-agent inbox, AI chatbot and assistant, broadcast campaigns, CRM and lead management, catalog, payments, order tracking, and integrations with Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Zoho and Google Sheets.
- My role
- Founder. Product, architecture, sales and operations.
- What happened
- Paying customers on recurring subscriptions across India and the GCC. Listed on the Odoo app store. The current focus is WhatsApp + AI for Odoo — the place where we have something nobody else does.
- What it taught me
- Messaging is infrastructure, not a channel. And a SaaS business is a retention business first — every hard lesson about churn, activation and pricing came from here.
Inwizards
Active · Services
Custom technology and business solutions. The consulting and engineering foundation everything else was built on.
- Problem we saw
- Businesses needed working software and integrations delivered by people who understood the commercial reason behind the build.
- What we built
- A software company delivering custom products, integrations, automation, CRM and ERP work for clients — and the cash flow and team that funded our own products.
- My role
- Founder and CEO. Sales, delivery, architecture, hiring and the payroll decisions that come with all of it.
- What happened
- It started as freelance survival. It became the umbrella company for Go4WhatsUp, Online eMenu and the newer AI work.
- What it taught me
- A temporary revenue engine can protect a long-term vision. Services teach you how customers actually buy.
Trulinco
Product chapter
Real-time translation product, and an important chapter in the larger entrepreneurial journey.
- Problem we saw
- Conversations across languages — in chat, voice and business communication — were slow, expensive or simply not happening.
- What we built
- A real-time translation and communication product.
- My role
- Founder. Product direction and technology.
- What happened
- A product chapter that taught more than it returned, and a strategic bridge to the communications and AI work that followed.
- What it taught me
- The market teaches faster than opinions. Timing and distribution matter as much as the technology.
AI / MCP / Business OS initiatives
Research to product
Agentic automation, execution systems, MCP, and the next generation of business software.
- Problem we saw
- Most AI inside companies stops at demos. Meetings produce decisions that nobody owns, and software that nobody connects to a commercial outcome.
- What we are building
- Experiments in AI agents that operate real business systems — WhatsApp, CRM, ERP (Odoo) — plus execution systems that turn decisions into owned, dated work. Built inside my own companies first.
- My role
- Architect and operator. I run these on my own businesses before recommending them to anyone.
- What happened
- Ongoing. Some of it is already shipping inside Go4WhatsUp. Some of it is deliberately shelved until the core business earns it.
- What it is teaching me
- Every technology wave creates opportunity, but only when it solves an expensive problem. Start with the approval decision, not the feature.
