I speak about what I am actually building.
Business, AI, automation, execution, entrepreneurship, resilience, product thinking and the decisions behind real companies. Talks can be adapted for founders, leadership teams, technology audiences, sales teams and business operators.
Five talks. All from operating experience.
Nothing Produced Nothing
Action, resilience and building through uncertainty — without motivational theater.
AI That Does Work
How businesses move from AI demos to agents and workflows that create measurable outcomes.
Execution Is a System
Why accountability fails and how to design systems that make work move.
Founder in the Middle
Making decisions when sales, product, people, cash and technology all compete at once.
WhatsApp as Business Infrastructure
Using messaging as a sales, service and automation layer — not a marketing channel.

Medium bio · 150 words
Anuj Singh is a founder, technologist, business consultant and author based in Dubai. Over the years he has built software, sold it, broken things, rebuilt teams, chased revenue and handled operations across custom technology (Inwizards), WhatsApp Business automation and CRM (Go4WhatsUp), restaurant technology (Online eMenu), real-time translation (Trulinco) and a growing body of AI, agent and execution-system work.
His consulting sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, AI, automation, sales and execution — practical first, theory second. He works with founders, owners and leadership teams who want clearer decisions and systems that actually move, rather than another presentation.
He is the author of Nothing Produced Nothing, a book about the years when there was no clean plan, no guaranteed outcome, and no option except to keep producing something.
