What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site I receive what you typed, the page you sent it from, the time, and where you came from if a campaign link brought you here. If you join NPN Letters I keep your email address for that purpose. The site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages create booking intent; IP addresses are anonymized where the tool supports it.

What I do with it

I reply to you. I do not sell or share your details. Form submissions are stored in my own lightweight CRM so I can follow up on the request you made. You will not be added to the newsletter unless you asked to be.

Your choices

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. To have your details removed entirely, email me and I will do it.

Strategy sessions and advisory

The Strategy Session (USD 250 / 60 minutes) is paid before the calendar opens. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. If I cancel, you get a full refund or a new time — your choice. Sessions are advisory: you own the decisions and their implementation. Larger engagements are scoped in writing before any work starts.
