Journey

I did not learn this from one career.

I learned it across technology, products, businesses, mistakes, recoveries, sales, operations, uncertainty and years when simply continuing mattered more than looking successful. A documentary timeline, not an awards page — with real artifacts added as I document them.

Turning points

Build. Hit a wall. Find another route.

Seven chapters so far.

  1. Chapter 01 · College

    The unpaid degree

College would not release the final degree until the remaining fees were cleared. The response was stubborn: the degree could wait until the money came from my own work. It did — later, and without a celebration. It was simply: I did it. Now move.

What this taught meSelf-respect can become fuel when it is attached to action, not ego.
  2. Chapter 02 · Early years

    The office years

In the early stage, comfort was secondary. Work, survival, freelance projects and keeping the company alive mattered more. The office was sometimes workplace and living space.

What this taught meResource constraints expose what is essential.
  3. Chapter 03 · Survival

    Freelance became oxygen

External project work created cash flow when the main business needed time. It was not the grand plan; it was the next workable move. That work became the foundation of Inwizards.

What this taught meA temporary revenue engine can protect a long-term vision.
  4. Chapter 04 · Building

    Products, experiments, pivots

Translation (Trulinco), communications, restaurant technology (Online eMenu), WhatsApp (Go4WhatsUp), custom services and other experiments created a portfolio of real lessons. Some ideas worked. Some did not. Some had to fund the next one.

What this taught meThe market teaches faster than opinions.
  5. Chapter 05 · Scale

Growth and the cost of growth

Teams grew. Fixed costs grew. Complexity grew. At different points the business had to become leaner and more focused — payroll decisions, downsizing, changing direction, and continuing when the numbers gave no emotional reassurance.

What this taught meRevenue is not the same thing as resilience.
  6. Chapter 06 · Now

    The AI / automation chapter

The current phase is about AI agents, automation, MCP, business execution systems and connecting software to real commercial outcomes — inside my own companies first, then for clients.

What this taught meEvery technology wave creates opportunity, but only when it solves an expensive problem.
  7. Chapter 07 · Next

    Writing the next chapter

This website, the book and Nothing Produced Nothing turn years of private lessons into public ideas and a new business platform.

What this taught meExperience compounds when it is documented and shared.
